Fresh crêpes bursting with flavour
Based in Northern Ireland, Belfast we have been successfully trading as a mobile catering trailer for over five years. Our family business started in 2008 with my wife's love for cooking. We started as a small trailer and have now expanded to a large trailer and small catering cart. We cater for all types of events such as birthdays, weddings, private hire and corporate entertainment. Our crepe mix is based on an authentic French/Brittany recipe and contains buckwheat flour which adds to the classic crepe texture and flavour. Our crepes are freshly prepared in front of our customers and they can choose from either sweet or savoury fillings.
